All services provided by Vertex Pro Digital S.L are digital, professional, and customized services.
Vertex Pro Digital S.L does not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally through email communication, online meetings, digital access, or other online methods.
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, the client acknowledges and agrees that the service may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
Once the service has started, work has been initiated, access has been provided, resources have been allocated, or onboarding has begun, the client may lose the right of withdrawal and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:
Partial refunds may be considered only if the work has not started, no resources have been allocated, no access has been provided, and no service delivery process has begun.
Any approved refund is at the discretion of Vertex Pro Digital S.L and may be reduced by administrative, processing, or preparation costs already incurred.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid and correct email address and accurate contact information during the checkout or payment process.
Vertex Pro Digital S.L shall not be responsible for delays, failed communication, or inability to provide the service caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing customer information.
Failure by the customer to provide correct contact information, respond to communication attempts, or participate in the onboarding process shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
If the customer does not receive any communication within 48 business hours after purchase, the customer must contact us at office.vertexprodigital@gmail.com.
If the customer fails to contact us regarding non-receipt of communication or service within a reasonable period of time, Vertex Pro Digital S.L cannot guarantee the execution of the service within the original timeframe and this shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subscription services are non-refundable for the billing period already paid. The customer may request cancellation of future billing periods according to the applicable service terms.
If the customer terminates a service early after work has started, Vertex Pro Digital S.L may retain the amount corresponding to work performed, time spent, resources allocated, administrative work, and any costs already incurred.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks are prohibited. Customers must contact Vertex Pro Digital S.L first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Spanish law and, where applicable, by the competent courts or authorities in Spain.
Vertex Pro Digital S.L shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or delays caused by the customer’s lack of cooperation, incorrect information, or failure to respond.
