Vertex Pro Digital S.L provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped to customers.

After completing a purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Our team will contact the customer within 24–48 business hours to begin the service, provide the necessary information, access, or onboarding instructions related to the purchased service.

All services are delivered digitally through email communication, online meetings, digital access, or other online methods depending on the nature of the service purchased.

There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or physical delivery costs associated with our services.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a valid and correct email address and accurate contact information during the checkout process.

Vertex Pro Digital S.L shall not be held responsible for delays, failed communication, or inability to provide the service due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing customer information.

If the customer does not receive any communication within 48 business hours after purchase, the customer must contact us at: office.vertexprodigital@gmail.com

If the customer fails to contact us regarding non-receipt of communication or service within a reasonable period of time, Vertex Pro Digital S.L cannot guarantee the execution of the service or maintain the original delivery timeframe.

Service Availability

Failure to respond to onboarding requests, emails, or communication attempts may delay or affect the delivery of the service.
